Experience with Grand Waldo
Very friendly services from Bell and Conciere Services.
Nice and Clean because of relatively new hotel.

Hotel was nice and clean. Relatively good size room. But it is away from City Centre and locates in undeveloped area. So, there is no place to go except taking shuttle back to town and from there, either take other shuttle or taxi to other parts of town. The reception was unfriendly. None of the Receptionists had any smiles on their faces. They all looked grumpy. Yet the time I check in was not busy at all. I was the only one at the Check-In desk. This is really bad for hotel business. However, the Bell and Conciere Services were excellent. Very helpful, and always smiling.
Recommend only if you are really stucked or cannot find another hotel.

Hotel rate is considered good bargain.

Value for money hotel. Room is OK. Near Venetian Hotel. But if want to go to city centre, a little far, by taxi about 20 minutes about MOP50.
But there is bus shuttle every hour to city centre.

This is an amazing hotel, in a great location. It has its own casino. Great customer service, plenty of things to do. Nice in-room dining, lovely room facilites. Over all it was an Awesome Holiday

You have to visit Macau Tower and All the different casinos the city has to offer

Great Place to stay in HK
Good Clean Room with all the amenities. Nice Bathroom

It was my first experience of this hotel. The Lobby is upstairs. I was upgrades to better room. I like to staff behavior, clean and spacious rooms. Very convenient location just on top of MTR Station and 30 Yards away from the Bus stop.

The hotel is quite remote. Need to take a cab everywhere you go to, ranging from ~25mop within taipa and ~50mop to macau city. Or you can take the hotel bus to ferry terminal and take another bus else where and save some $$$. Breakfast was ok on day1, and got boring and bad on subsequent days. Other than that, the hotel is really value for money!
Hotel Feature Tip:
Take bus to ferry terminal and plan your sight-seeing from there.

Unforgetable Experience
Clean and comfortable room

A clean and cozy suite greeted us when we walked into the room. A wonderful view towards the Venetian made my camera shuttle clicking away, requested by my beloved wife who was delighted with this comfortable room. The room is luxurious and I will consider it money well spent in a hotel of this standard. It is an unforgetable experience and I will definitely be back!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Venetian opposite the hotel but still need to catch a cab to get there.
