Small room and uncomfortable beds
Near to the Galaxy to eat and to take the bus

staying in this hotel feels like going to work in a business centre, as the building looks like a commercial complex with glass wall in all sides. the food for breakfast is not fresh enough and tables are not enough at peak hour. beds are small and uncomfortable, not suitable for family visit.

Service was hit and miss.Was given my room key and pointed towards the elevators, no escort. after an issue with room cleanliness was immediately upgraded to a suite, no complaint there.pool not operational. breakfast buffet was mediocre 1 day worse the next.

the gran waldo hotel in macau is quite a modern hotel with a casino. not many restaurants and the location is ok on taipa. however it is not easy to get a taxi at the hotel. the staff are very friendly and helpful. i would probably stay there again on my next trip to macau, because the price is really good.

nice outlook of the hotel. the room is quite good also but unfortunately there is no wifi provided in the room. only in the lobby. easy access from the other hotels also. hotel also provide shuttle to the ferry terminal to hong kong. too expensive on the food.

Not too far from the airport, but very difficult for find taxi at the hotel, we had to wait almost 45 mins. at the hotel for a taxi.

everything was smooth from the time i checked in. staff is really friendly and attentive. i would recommend this hotel if you want to save some money but still enjoying 5 star service.
Restaurant Tip:
dont miss the pork chop bun and antonio's restaurant.
