affordable, good size rooms and good buffet

It was manageable. I was seriously let down by some of the rude and inefficient staffs.
for an example, I wanted to order from the room service menu and the staff was not able to understand and I had to order through front desk.
On another occasion I had to wait one hour before my order of hot ginger lemon tea arrived and that too after I reminded them.

This was my third time to stay in grand Waldo. The price that offered by agoda was worth. Generally speaking, the hotel is good and the breakfast buffet served food with varieties. However, I think the towels and the carpet inside the hotel room really need to be replaced or cleaned as they looked a bit worn.
The location of the hotel is good as it is close to the Galaxy hotel, dining places and transportation can be easily found there.

Great value!
Rooms were nicely decorated and bathrooms were very clean. Staff was very friendly.

We had a great time in Macau and our stay at the Grand Waldo was very nice. Overall, the hotel was better than expected. I would definitely go back and recommend it to friends. However, their mattresses were EXTREMELY hard - it felt as if I was sleeping on the floor.
The hotel is a bit far from the central location and taxis were not readily available. It is a short walk across the Galaxy where you can take their shuttle to many places. The shuttle from Grand Waldo only goes to the pier and only runs every 30 minutes.
