there are two main areas in macau. one is macau old city, and the other onw is taipa area. this hotel is located in the new area taipa where there is venetian macau and galaxy resort. its within walking distance where its good for people not staying in galaxy and venetian (which are casino hotels). hotel has big quiet rooms with good service and great location. i will definitely revisit this hotel for my next trip.

Room was comfortable, breadfast buffet could have more variety. Transportation is not very convenient, fortunately we are near Galaxy where you can find more entertainment and transport.

I have been there twice, its a nice class hotel for the price they charge, near to happenning places, restaurant is good. Also the band which plays there in the night is awesome. Its so relaxing, though its nor very far from the city, it so silent calm & composed. Really loved to be there. VALUE FOR MONEY

The staff at reception was very helpful and with warm smile . Room is clean , but the bath room easily flood with water due the bathroom design.
Food at Teo Chew Restaurant is nice and worth to try

Great upgrade to a wonderful suite with a view!!
Room is spacious, bathroom is clean and modern and staff are friendly and efficient.

It was a great night's stay with the free upgrade to the suite! Wonderful almost panaromic view with a clean and spacious room! Staff were friendly and the buffet breakfast was a fairly wide spread! Hotel is conveniently located right behind Galaxy hotel so the excitement of galaxy can be readily enjoyed but guests can retire to a more quiet, intimate hotel for rest that is only 5 min walk away!
Nightlife Tip:
Catch late night 3d movies at galaxy!

it was an ok hotel since it has a clean and spacious room their filipino staff was very helpful to us especially going to places like the mall or church they also have a mini mart and the pool was so nice but we didnt have the time to swim. taxi was always available and you only pay for the airport transfer

good location to travel to any sight-seeing place. Hotel shuttle bus routing is not much. Especially no shuttle bus to city centre in Macau. Taxi is not always available at the hotel exit. This led us to wait for a long while to take shuttle bus to Macau Ferry to change for other vehicle. food at Haiwai restaurant is good.

for this price, it's a worthy hotel to chose.
i was luck to get a upgrade, it has a small hall, 2 toilets, nice bed etc,
the only dislike in the room was the paper slipper..
this hotel also has a small casino, and it is not crowded.
the only minus here is the location.
