Ignore the facade, it's a nice hotel

the hotel is a bit out of the way on taipa, but it's right next to the galaxy macau complex. upon arrival, the hotel looks like a blue box, but once inside it is peaceful and clean. it was a nice break from the masses at other hotel/casinos in macau, and the rooms were nice. i'd stay there again.

The rooms are spacious and nice and clean. The hotel is in Taipa area and near to the major Casinos such as Venetian and Galaxy so pretty good location if you want to visit them. The hotel has a nice small Casino at the 2nd floor to kill time ...
Only problem is there are few taxis there and there are no bellboy to help you get taxis

Not enough one double bed room

I booked Harbour View Room, expecting one double bed room. Receptionist told me only Harbour View Twin Bed room available caused I did not request one Double Bed. Really disappointed I stayed 3 days but still cannot room move to one double bed room. Shower head was broken and room amentities only have one set for two persons. No Wifi provide in the room, very inconvenience.
Travel tip:
No shuttle from/airport, better to take Galaxy shuttle bus and walk to hotel.

Cafe restaurant 'Hoi Wan' at 1/f which provided good food and good services. The breakfast has good variety food but better to enhanced the quality. Shuttle bus to Cotai Ferry always not regularly led to inconvenience. It'd be better if more shuttle bus service can be provided. And more bus route is the best.

Lovely hotel but quiet with a small casino
The restaurant wasn't that great. Servers weren't friendly.

Lovely hotel but a bit of a walk to the main area. Also too quiet if you are looking for crowds and action. Had to take taxi to the other main areas.

Need to take a taxi.

No shuttle bus but with restaurants nearby...Good selection of food for breakfast. Near galaxy Macau :)
Front desk people seems to be very accomodating. Nice room & bath...taxi accessible.

Hotel room are comfortable but limited shutter services compare to others 5 stars hotel, you have to walk about 15mins to cross a highway to use Galaxy hotel free shutter services.

you may be disappointed by the appearance of the hotel, but all the services and facilities in the room are really impressed with this price. i booked a double room and upgraded to a superior suite. the room is unbelievably big and with the best facilities compared with those new hotel i stayed in macau. this is a good experiences with this hotel and i am sure that i will come again.
Hotel Feature Tip:
there is only 100 meters distance from galaxy from the hotel,so conveniences to use the galaxy shuttle to everywhere.
