We arrived the hotel for checking in a bit earlier.
We understood it's not easier to give us the room earlier
as Chinese New Year high season period.
But the front desk staff are willing to try their best to help us as we were travelled with young children.

Great location and quiet place to relax

This hotel does not deserve as a 5-star hotel. The maximum is only a 4-star in compared to Banyan Tree and Okura in Macau.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Guests who stay in this hotel can walk to Galaxy for the free shuttle buses.

Nice and Quiet Hotel
Friendly and helpful staff,nice to get back to this peaceful hotel after the crowds at Galaxy and Venetian.

Some reviews say its 4 mins walk to Galaxy, some say 10 mins (must be old people). ITs 5 mins to Galaxy and I am a senior.Its a comfortable hotel for you to come back to after a hectic day at the casinos or sightseeing and shopping.Clean and with friendly staff. Wifi at lobby only where I saw a guy in bathrobe near the convenience store fiddling with his smartphone.F and B manager please take note-I stayed 4 nites and the breakfast menu was the same for my 4 breakfasts.

Could be Better!
Only one, the hotel has free shuttle service to Macau Pier for the ferry to HK. However that's pretty much standard service for all Macau major hotels.

Rooms are small, they are clean but all have an ever present smell. Definitely not 5-star as the hotel claims to be. Restaurants are shocking, food standards are on par with a 3-star hotel.

too quiet away from the crowd
there's shuttle bus every 30mins from the ferry terminal to the hotel. the room was big however a bit too old.
