Just a few minute from Airport. Hotel is very nice and full of service mind.
Its location is very close to Okura, Banyan Tree and Galaxy just cross the road. For those people who looks for an alternative hotel, this can be your answer.

Good Hotel Bad location Language barrier
Within walking distance of the Galaxy hotel casino. Free Internet. Large room.

The hotel is no more than a 4 star hotel regardless of what is advertised. Furniture is old and carpet is stained. definitely needs renovating, but otherwise the stay itself was pleasantly quiet. BEWARE, the hotel is too far to walk from most places and too close for the UNFRIENDLY taxi drivers to drive you there. That is the only reason I would never stay at this hotel again. Truth be told, the unfriendliness of the inhabitants and their lack of English skills is the reason I plan on never visiting Macau or China ever gain.

not up to expectation
affordable, good size rooms and good buffet

It was manageable. I was seriously let down by some of the rude and inefficient staffs.
for an example, I wanted to order from the room service menu and the staff was not able to understand and I had to order through front desk.
On another occasion I had to wait one hour before my order of hot ginger lemon tea arrived and that too after I reminded them.

Good clean hotel, a little out of way

This hotel is a little out of way from main Cotai strip, but close enough not to be a problem. The price is competitive, room is comfortable, and staff service has been good.

They are not serving hotel level food and beverage, no matter on the food material, cooking skill, appearance and price. The breakfast is very disappointing. I am happy to spend more for quality food.

bad location but room is ok

Food not that nice and expensive, rooms in need of renovation to compete with the rest of the hotels. location not the convenient and casino service no good. Not much taxi goes there and wait quite a bit for taxi if late at night. Need to go back very early to rest as it gets very quiet at nite.

This is listed as a five star hotel but it is not. But considering its price and location (opposite to Galaxy Macau) one should not complain too much about it. Overall it has everything from casino, conference facilities, shops and restaurants but one should not compare it with the likes of Galaxy Macau or Venetian.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
It doesn't provide shuttle bus services to and from the airport but you can use the complimentary bus services provided at galaxy macau and walk to the hotel.
