Nice location, great views!
Big soft beds, free shuttle, close to big casinos, near a bus station, grand views!

Our room overlooked the race track- had there been a race, we would have had the perfect seat! Free shuttles to the ferry, and very close to the Galaxy hotel, which has shuttles to all the other major casinos. A bus to Coloane is right outside the hotel, and that was nice to walk around as well.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Skip the breakfast served in the hotel restaurant. It was subpar.

Very tidy and clean room. Got casino in the hotel. Public Bus stop just right outside the hotel. Easy access to Historical and other tourist attraction.

Hotel provide free transfer service from Macau-HK Ferry Jetty. Pls ask for bus schedule from hotel before travel.

Not far from Cotai strip (Venetian and Galaxy) if you take a taxi. Not walking distance though. Nearby hotel are many supermarkets, bakeries, 7/11 and chinese restaurants.
Restaurant Tip:
Around the hotel are many chinese restaurants, Maxim bakery and supermarkets. You won't go hungry here.

the room itself was totally fine - clean, neat, basic facilities and a good size.
there was nothing wrong with it and i would stay there again for that, however even though we booked a non-smoking room the smoke was still coming through the air conditioning system and the room stank of cigarette smoke. it was disgusting.
also, do not stay here if you are actually going to spend a lot of time at the hotel or are looking for amenities such as nice outdoor areas and pool time. that aspect is bad and the sun disappeared behind the surrounding apartment blocks pretty quickly.

i reserved an executive room.
clean bed and towels which has no dirty marks. price of food on menu was reasonable (cheap). slippers, shampoo, water, tea were well prepared. tv quality was good, we could reach hk tv or life football game.
we couldn't access the lift to 18/f executive floor and has been wait for 10min standing in the middle of the lift to wait for the reception lady to help. our room was facing old buildings. big windows but no view.
~surprise~ i'd got a free box of egg roll when i check out. my friend opened it at the same day and it's soft and taste like expired things.
Restaurant Tip:
It takes around 15mins walk to the restaurants street or there's small restaurants behind the hotel open mid-nite.

poor location, but rooms were clean......

a last minute booking left us with little choice in hotels. the room was on a non-smoking floor, and was clean less for the bathroom. the bathroom was small, dated and mould lingered in a number of corners.
there was a minimal minibar (7/11 just across the road though), compensated for by quick service by housekeeping.
no internet access at all on day 2, and little assistance from the reception staff on accessing any sort of business support.
the western restaurant (one western, one chinese) had very little that passed for western food, and breakfast was poor.

the rooms were basic and clean. the front desk were helpful and friendly but the doorman and concierge were a bit rude. the casino is a bit disappointing. it is difficult to catch a taxi at the hotel.
