Nice Place to stay and good location too
Good at Housekeeping, Casino is just OK type. Health environment in and around Hotel.

The information given during the selection of hotel was insufficient. Though there is Swmimming pool in he hotel, but it was not informed that it remains closed during the winters.
Overall it is nice place to stay and have fun. So I can give 8 out of 10.
Nightlife Tip:
The Hub is Venetian Square (Macau central), Here you can get every and night is full of life here around in Hard Rock, City Of dreams. You can also ask a taxi driver for help to get to more hot area.

grandville is a very nice hotel in macau, overall everything is above average, i have no doubt to recommend it to my friends if they want to go to macau in the future.

the hotel location is good bus stop near by hotel, only have shuttle bus to macau/h.k ferry. we book is non smoking room but when i check in, receiption said all non smoking room is not available. the hotel all around is smoking area, you can get the free 3rd hands somking.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile
Received a special rate through Agoda which was the main selling point as was already familiar with the hotel and it's location.

This is a great hotel. it is value for money. The service staff are friendly, able to speak English, Chinese and Cantonese. The rooms are big, with big beds and odour free. The towels are clean, the toiletries always replenished and the bright and clean corridors have pipe-in music 24hours a day,
