Super hotel with Asian hospitality! Friendly staff that will do anything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Beautiful pool area and good Gym accommodation. Also the 24 our room service is excellent!

We had a pleasant stay there, it was not charged too high for a 5 stars hotel, this is our first time stay and we loved it. The staffs service with a smile, clean and cozy room. Sure we will go back again!!!

love the service staff as they are always willing to help. put us into a nice and comfortable room on the 27th floor. it's extremely spacious with modern concept. lcd tv in room comes with personalize message that welcome me to the hotel. free shuttle bus service to venetian, galaxy and taipa village which we utilized fully. love the portion of food served in the hard rock cafe though the service is just averaged. complimentary tickets to the dragon treasure show which we enjoyed and it's awesome.

A hotel that smells so good!

First thing that impressed me was that the hotel smelt really good. Its one of those establishments that bother to keep their place not only clean but it smells good too! Loved the availabilty of free shuttle in coaches that fetched us to and fro to Sintra Hotel (walking distance to Senado square), the ferry and the border to Zhuhai. Would love to stay there again if an offer comes along!

Take the free hotel shuttle buses provided to almost anywhere, the ferry terminal, the border, Sintra Hotel.

Everything was top of the line! All good! They even extended me a free late check out due to my late gaming the last night!! Highly recommend!!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Be sure to also visit the peninsula of Macau ! Especially nice during the day!

This is my 1st time in Macau, and Hard Rock Hotel really gave me great experience in Macau. The room is huge with great view, the staffs are very friendly and helpful. There is shuttle bus connected to everywhere (e.g. airport, ferry terminal, tourist spots, etc), very convenience, you just need to look for "City of Dream" counter. Free wifi with exellence speed. If needed, you can ask for late checkout, the staff is very helpful to check the possibility.
The only issue is, there is only 1 convenience store, and everything are very costly, may be 2x or 3x compare to outside (city). So be best practise is tobuy whatever you need before you return to Hard Rock Hotel.

overall is above average with price. there are celebrities' costumes on every level of the elevator corridor. watch seasonal shows @ the box office free with presentation of room card. there are hot ushers to assist you with directory @ the boulevard for pricey goods or some souvenirs @ rock shop. Great night life in the hotel itself.
location not so strategic. the rooms are clean but non-smoking levels' corridor might smells the smoke.

Hotel check in fast and good,room no so spacious just as normal!first time saw the hotel bathroom and toilet is separated.overall the hotel is nice and clean!can try to stay here.....
