Nice big bed with clean bed sheets, smoke free lobby, corridoors and reception area, covenient shuttle bus service to town, ferry terminal and nearby casinos.
Great bell boy service handling our bags, helpful reception guiding us the places to visit. located within wlking distant to Venetian, room with nice view over seeing the airport with controlable hot and cold water and adjustable air conditioning that can be tuned to you liking.

well decorated, new, clean hotel. stylish design. shuttle bus service from ferry pier and to many other spots. quite convenient for tourist.
there is free wifi and the room is reasonably spacious with open view.
there are many shops and casino, in which you will find great entertainment, even in the bars downstair. wifi is also can be used in the casino as well. great offer
the staffs are well trained, helpful and can speak in english.
Restaurant Tip:
Less Restaurants nearby, take shuttle to city centre or other hotels to have better choice of food

The great design of the building impressed me when i arrived and was greeted by warm and friendly staff. The interior design of the building as well as the comfortable of the room make me want to stay longer. The strategic location surrounded by many shopping mall indeed a convenience for tourists because all are just walking distance.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Great night sightseeing during the stay at the hotel and an enjoyable shopping experience. A very romantic feel during night time when the sky is light up with the great lighting effects of the building. Besides, a memorable experience with the good food and wonderful room during the stays. I am surely will choose the hotel for my next visit to Macau

We had an excellent stay in Hard rock hotel, We took the corner suite and I enjoyed every minute of it.. their customer service is very good, i even asked for a late check out and they gave it to me for free.. they are very friendly. thumbs up!
