Lovely hotel with great performance

good room services and very comfortable shower. Just a short walk to Venetian Hotel for shopping, dining etc.
I felt absolutely fabulous about the performance, the house of dancing water. It was so amazing that water could be dried out in a sec on stage and filled full again in another minute. Good Show!

my first time in hard rock since this is macau and most room are huge but was disappointed. i stay in g. hyatt, venetian and galaxy. hard rock is the smallest among them, anyway other than the size i was thankful to the staff. i ring the front desk to prepare cake upon arrival as that day was my wife b'day. after checkin there is cake and some decoration in our room, my wife was surprise and shock. thanks to hard rock staff.

The casino is rather small and it was the same dancing water show that I saw a year ago.
Rooms are nice but bed is not soft enough.
Check out time of 12pm is a bit early for midnight gamblers. lol..

from the time of check in, the staff were very friendly and responsive to my requests. i am very impressed. the hotel was nice and bed was very comfortable. location is great as it is nearby major hotel and the theater or house of dancing water

Big and clean room with a perfect location

the hotel is new and clean with a pretty good decoration. it's in the city of dream complex which includes crown and grand hyatt hotel. also, there are casino and places for shopping which mostly are brand name products. the best thing is shuttle bus is provided with various main route in macau area and free of charge. i will definitely go back to this hotel again.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel with my boyfriend. The staff were very helpful and they could speak fluent Mandarin. However, on the second day of my stay, they had missed out my room (cleaning). Hence, I immediately phone them about it. The service staff then promptly sent up the house keeping team to clean up the room. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay.
