from the time of check in, the staff were very friendly and responsive to my requests. i am very impressed. the hotel was nice and bed was very comfortable. location is great as it is nearby major hotel and the theater or house of dancing water

staffs of hotel are very welcoming.everything was great, just the toilet and the bathroom is saparate, which is quite strange and very unromantic...anyway, this is a defect because of design.

Big and clean room with a perfect location

the hotel is new and clean with a pretty good decoration. it's in the city of dream complex which includes crown and grand hyatt hotel. also, there are casino and places for shopping which mostly are brand name products. the best thing is shuttle bus is provided with various main route in macau area and free of charge. i will definitely go back to this hotel again.

Great service and good location

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel with my boyfriend. The staff were very helpful and they could speak fluent Mandarin. However, on the second day of my stay, they had missed out my room (cleaning). Hence, I immediately phone them about it. The service staff then promptly sent up the house keeping team to clean up the room. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay.

I asked for room service but it took them forever to come, I have to call again and again but they still didnt come.Great Location and background music though. Good for young people. The room I stayed is too small.

Great hotel but pricey

Pros:
1. Minibusses: The free minibusses will take you to most destinations in Macau. Hard Rock Hotel and City of Dreams have the best transportation network of all the casinos.
2. Views: Spectacular views of the Venetian and elsewhere.
3. Room amenities: Music selection in TV system very enjoyable (apart from the operating system being a little slow) as well as the shampoos in the bathroom, which were some of the best in hotels of this price range.
4. Room and bed size was good.
Cons:
1. Price: A little too pricey, especially breakfasts and for example the House of Dancing Waters show which will cost you 500HKD/50EUR per person.
2. Check-out time was 11am. Later will cost you more.
3. Casino is not as good as in many others.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Fishermen's Wharf is an interesting, and free, place to see. It is a Chinese version of world travel, by having a tiny village of different architectural styles from different periods and places, for photos mostly. For casinos, visit Galaxy, Grand Lisboa, Sands or the Venetian for shows and atmosphere, and Wynn for luxury and class.
A great restaurant to eat at is "Charming Gourmet", near Casino Lisboa, on Rua de Pequim, very cheap!

Great Stay
It rocks! I am not a gambler but my partner does. He loves Hard Rock casino. Great service and lots of smiley faces compare to other casinos.

as a hotel guest, we are entitled 4 tickets of dragon's treasure show. must not miss it!! stay 1 night is not enough.
the only thing that is not good is that smoking is only allowed inside the casino. even hard rock cafe or lounge are not allowed.
Nightlife Tip:
Must go Cubic the biggest club in Macau on wednesday night. It's ladies night!!
