Nice rooms and ambience
Rooms are neat and very well kept. Service staff are friendly.

stay at hard rock hotel was pleasant. the ambience of the hotel is great and the rooms are spacious and neat. moving around the hotel is relatively easy as there are many directional signs around. a good place for business, fun and relaxation. definitely my choice hotel for my next trip to macau.

Room is large, clean and contemporary. The basics which some established hotels hit and miss are all well taken care of in Hard Rock. Huge comfortable bed, abundance of pillows in fine cloth, great shower and aircon controls, free wifi, quality slippers... Hotel staff are very warm and helpful. Communication with english is never a problem. The staff did a great job in keeping them out. Free shuttles are available to the old town and ferry terminal. The only complaint will be the spa. Our appointment was pushed back due to punctuality problem of previous guest. They probably just want to be nice to everyone, unfortunately at our expense. We will definitely come back to Hard Rock but will give the spa a miss.
Travel tip:
Ask for room facing Venetian.

it is very convenient to stay at hardrock hotel. you can take the shuttle to all places, including macau city, border gate, etc
Restaurant Tip:
More choices of food at Galaxy Hotel and Venetian. Just take shuttle bus to these 2 places.

the staff are great. the rooms are sensational. the nightlife and entertainment is brilliant. you needn't go anywhere else!
Nightlife Tip:
Hit the Hard Rock casino. Gambling with Rock in the air, and the staff and drinks waiter uniforms are just sensational.

very spacious rooms offered a respite from the claustrophophic rooms in hk. the in-room entertainmnet system was amazing, with, 50 chanel cable tv, and theiphone docking sound system.
would rate the room 9/10 - only preferred if the toiler and bathroom were linked!
my family loved the pool and jacuzzi, though no one else seemed to enjoy it becuase it was slightly chilly when we visited.
