Great location, very convenient, in its own city

Very nice location, it's a city or world of its own. You don't need to go outside... everything you need is packed in one city.. where you can live your dreams.
Now i know why it is called City of Dreams. Love the Dancing Water show.

Even the peak season during close to Chinese New Year Holidays,
but the hotel service is still good enough.
Front Desk, House Keeping and F&B department are all given
us good impression.
When I visit Macau next time, I shall chose Hard Rock again.

near big casinos, 5-star hotels and very clean

The hotel room is a bit small, especially the washroom. But generally, it's very tidy n clean. You can find big shopping malls attached, DFS. It's also near different big casinos. i will come again next time.

Best hotel with sweet smile
Very comfortable and clean such like my own house

The location are good and the design of hotel are very excited, especially the swimming sceen at the hotel lobby very attractive and beautiful mermain such like real. Hotel room are big and very clean. Hotel staff are very helpful in explaining and the arrangement of casino table, lighting also good.

I like the mermain and the swimming stye in the hotel lobby too beautiful

Great staff, friendly, lively atmosphere

It's the Hard Rock! Very friendly staff and the wider city of dreams has great shopping and wonderful facilities. The Hard Rock Cafe itself is very good and the casino was also very clean.
Overall would highly recommend this place as a holiday destination or for business too.
Macau is a fun place and there are plenty of other things to do than gamble

Nice decoration but the room is pretty small

Location is pretty good with international standard circus show nearby. The casino is not very crowded and the services are up to standard. Wi-fi is free of charge which is unexpected. However, the standard room is pretty small compared with those in Macau.
Restaurant Tip:
Various choice of Chinese cuisine with great standard. Worth for try.

As if you're about to attend a rock star show
you'll have all hotel standard services, plus hard rock entertainment

excellent staff, resourceful, 24/7 ready, can effectively communicate in english
in general, all hotel facilities are in excellent condition.

stylish hotel with good service

Stylish Hotel Staff:
All hotel are dressed very stylish and neat that makes me feel young. They are very friendly to guide what can I do nearby the hotel, what is the best route for free bus shuttle.
Room Facilities:
The room is facilitated with everything that I need as a traveller. For me, there at least 4 power sockets that allow me to charge my laptop, tablet and 2 hand phones at the same time
Overall:
Within walking distance, I can with Macau City of Dreams which there are a lot of entertainment such as some free laser light show, fabulous house of water performance and very good selection of branded goods and of course my favourite Rock Shop

Spacious room with great services. They've got very cool music library in the room. There are also a lot shops downstairs.
