Hotel location is very good, in the center of all the hotels in town but the room didn't live up to my expectations as the hotel was too old. Time to renovate. Hotel shuttle bus not frequent and had to get own transport to sightseeing places. Overall my stay is fine as hotel staff very friendly and helpful.

It seems to me most of the Holiday Inn hotels have had their good times! Unfortunately some are just too expensive for what you get! They should start thinking about refurbishment!

The Holiday Inn in Macau is a perfect stay for those who don't want or can't afford one of the big casinos. It's location is right in the middle of Macau, within walking distance of many casinos such as the MGM, WYNN, and the new LISBOA. The rooms in the upper floors have recently been refurbished and are decorated very nicely. All rooms are very comfortable and have large bathrooms. The staff is exceptional and always greet us with a smile. We go to Macau about once a month and the Holiday Inn is always our choice for lodging.
Perfect location, great rooms, exceptional price.
The casino is a bit business-like.

The hotel felt like home not only because almost all of its staff are Filipinos but because of the hotel's design.
Location and Filipino staff.
Toilets are old.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Take the bus if you want to see the whole city. It's cheap and it will show you every side of Macau.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel as the staff were very helpful during our first encounter with a typhoon. The concierge and the manager on duty were there to help us check for our flight schedule after the airport cancelled all flights.

A good location hotel, walking distance to big casinos. There is a 7-Eleven and 24-hour Chinese restaurant opposite the hotel.
- Restaurant Tip : There are three chinese restaurants opposite the hotel, I tried all three of them. Choose the one in the middle, cheapest and delicious.
