dissapointed
the theme character breakfast impressed me
I mentioned on my booking I need a large bed and I made payment online in advance. I late check in due to late flight schedule at 11.30pm, they told me only twin bed available. This is not a 4 stars standard, I expecting my room is reserved and ready when I arrive but unfortunately it is not.

unpleasant experience with the hotel staff

The facilities are gd, however, when check in to the hotel encountered unpleasant experience. W At the corner counter, I was waited there for quite sometimes but the staff pretended very busy. She seemed very unwilling to serve me. Maybe she thought I am from Mainland China, therefore let me wait at the counter for long time. She saw me waiting at the counter, she pretened to pick up the phone and asked me to queue up. I have been waiting for a long time and she still asked me to queue up. She spoke to me in Chinese. I knew she is from mainland China. I am so disappted that such a good hotel with bad service provided for customers.
