I was wowed by the hotel lobby when I first entered through the glass doors. I least expected how grand the hotel would be. As I visited Macau during Xmas season, the hotel boasts of beautiful Xmas decorations and made one truly immerse in the season joyous mood!
The hotel is very accessible, just less than 10 minutes car ride from the taipa ferry terminal which I arrived at and what's more desirable was the complimentary shuttle service provided for ferry transfers to the hotel! Awesome! It's also connected to other major hotels and shopping centres such as Sands Cotai, Conrad, Venetian! Indeed a one-stop location for travellers!
I would also like to commend the hotel staff for their good service! While enjoying complimentary drinks at the hotel lounge, I received attentive service from the hotel staff whom also provided great recommendations on food and beverage orders!

This is my first time to stay in Holiday Inn macao cotai central. It has a large room size and clean and tidy environment, it brings a feeling of freedom to me. And also the staff is nice and helpful to every customers. So that I will choose this hotel when I visit Macau next time.

Comfortable hotel, helpful staff

The Holiday Inn shares a tower with the Conrad Hotel. Perhaps this is why our room was at the far end of a very long hallway? The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. The bed was reasonably comfortable. Given the price of other hotels in the area, we felt the Holiday Inn was good value for the money.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Old Taipa village is near by and interesting to visit. Taipa has a number of good Portuguese restaurants. Take one of the free shuttle buses from adjoining hotels. In fact, you can visit much of Macau using the free shuttle buses provided by some of the larger hotels.

Lovely hotel and services with a smile

Many good restaurants, good food and nice environment. Beautiful flower garden and fantastic shows performed by the artists. Those flowers are really fresh and beautiful, they keep changing the flowers daily. The cocktail drinks provided by the lobby bar are also worth a try. We enjoyed the stay here and would come again!

Nice hotel which is open around half year. nearby venetian, Galaxy, Hardrock. and the lobby restaurant is good and resonable price. two cup cake plus one coffee ! but staff should be provide more training on language. some we can't communicate with english. it should be improve.

we checked in late and since all king bed had gone, so they upgrade us to suite
its only a night stay which we just go for some food and casino, the way that there just too much mainland people around everywhere in the hotel area.
