Nice hotel in the great location
A lot of free hotel shutter bus around the area, so u no need to worry about transport when you want to town or visit tourist area. There have a lot of shopping mall & also duty free shop,Great casino

Overall that is a very nice hotel,room is clean & pretty. The location also great, near to airport & also duty free shop, casino & also some nice restaurants. Very convenient when you want to go everywhere, because a lot of free hotel shutter bus is there.

Customer service at check-in was lacking. Front desk staff were unfriendly and perfunctory. Housekeeping was patchy. Rooms were of good standard, large in size and comfortable. Bottled water provided were too small and too little while there is a serious lack of convenience stores in the area (Concierge says there are none at all in the hotel and surrounding malls). The Holiday Inn belongs to a group of hotels under Sands Cotai Central together with Conrad and Sheraton, though you will not see its brand displayed prominently on the building facade nor anywhere really except at the entrance and driveway. Good proximity to casinos with linkage to the Venetian.

Very efficient hotel complex. Located centrally with business and conference facilities. The staff helped me with checking in because I entered the wrong dates in my Agoda booking. When this could not be changed, they extended a promo price for my extra night. Good job!

many casinos to choose from, however there should be more gaming tables with lower stakes of HK 100 to make the gaming fore enjoyable.
