I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. It's centrally located in Cotai and gives easy access to main business locations.
Staff is also very friendly though not everybody speaks English.

very happy that i have a complimentary upgrade from hotel. also, they offer my friend and i ~ free welcome drink ~ very nice !! on the other hand, they also give us a set of coupon for lunch and dinner. We can redem the coupon at very lower price than their menu. for transportation, they have shuttle bus round trip from other hotel.

I booked this room during the non-peak season and the price was very reasonable, and they gave me a free upgrade to the suite, which is much better. The room is like a small apartment with 2 toilets, a large bathroom with a tub, and very modern decor. Someone told me this hotel was built for Hilton, but it somehow went to Holiday Inn, so it must be the best Holiday Inn in the world. The hotel is attached to a large 3 stories shopping center, and there is a connecting walkway to the nearby Venetian hotel, so there are even more stores if you are into shopping. Of course, there are the casinos and restaurants within the complex, free shuttle to almost anywhere in town, which made it easy to explore other areas of Macau.
