Strategic location with clean room

Strategic location, renovation in progress, a bit noisy from 9am -6pm but tolerable. Bathroom small but well equip and clean. Friendly receptionist except no free wi fi services, paid per use. Provide 2 bottle of mineral water each day and shuttle bus services from the ferry terminal but not to the airport.

very helpful house keeping man who put the extra bed neatly and had a very pleasant demeanor. spacious room. the reception staff were very cheerful and helpful with directions though i found the chinese accent hard to understand sometimes. the hotel lobby and corridors were full of smoke which can be suffocating. the loo in the lobby was awful. my wife, son and i enjoyed our stay over the week end in mid june'11.
Hotel Feature Tip:
hotel has lot of eateries and stores around. well connected by local bus. the hotel gives you a bus guide with the bus no. and the bus route. cabs are also easily available. the shuttle service is every half hour to the ferry station 15 min away.

We just booked last minute and this was available, if you like to play casino at 3 am and 4 am like me, this is not the place, the casino is just for Chinese games only.

i am in lovew with the hotel. the decor is beautiful and it has a great old world charm with modern comfort and excellent facilties. pool, casino , spa and gymn are world class. rooms are excellent and the staff superb!

Staff are very friendly during our checkin.They upgraded our rooms was a higher floor.The rooms was quite spectacular with an extremely comfy bed .
Toilet and bathroom are kept very clean.
Bell boy are very helpful when it comes to sightseeing .And borrowed an umbrella for us.
Main attraction is within walking distance and hotel location the convenient in Macau
Air condition the smell can be improve will be better.
overall: Good.
Restaurant Tip:
Food is not a problem because the fast food, local food or Different restaurants food is just around the corner.

hotel looks very beautifull from the outside.
but once in, the loby is very small, the room is quite small compared to other hotels in the area or in macau in general .
location is great as it is at walking distance from the big holtels such as mgm, liboa, wynn, and others.
