Holiday Inn experience in Macau
Location of the hotel is excellent, very close to Major Casinos like Grand Lisbo, MGM, Wynn etc.

We are satisfied with the stay only due to the location is convenient. The hotel need a major renovation soon. I would not recommend this hotel to others. The nearby Rio and Fortuna hotel seem much nicer.

the hotel room was great, staff took care of my needs and the attraction near by and casinos on walking distance made the stay graet with easy access and no hassle. also many nightlife places near by and reatauranst also within walking distance so choices are not a problem at all when staying in this hotel

if you need a hotel strategically located and only require the room to shower and sleep, this hotel would be ideal.
Located in middle of macau island, easy accessible to food, casino, spa and other retails.

The staff were all pleasant and went about doing their duties professionally. Security was excellant. Smoking should be totally prohibited in the lifts. Apart from this, the only thing missing was a smile from the front desk to the quests.

Very good service, extremely clean room and toilet.

Went there with my family and we had a great stay! Waiting time to check in was quite long but we got an upgrade in the end so no complaints! Awesome room and a fantastic toilet. Hotel staff were extremely helpful even late in the night.
