Nice hotel with reasonable price.
Great location with good room condition

I have stayed in this hotel for one night. It is a hotel with very good location, with walking distance to Grand Lisboa/Lisboa and a lot of attractions. Room size and conditions are good and price are reasonable. One point to mention is no complimentary internet which may need to be improved.

Decent room in heart of Macau City
best features were the bed, bathroom, and location.
6.3
The room was relatively standard, items that were better than average were the bed, bathroom and location. The only item that really bothered me was that internet wasn't readily available in the rooms.

Good location but front desk staff very poor
Concierge staff were superb. They knew the good places to go and see and eat.

we went during public holiday so room was more expensive than normal.
we were the only people upon arrival and had to wait at check-in counter for over 15mins to be served, and one of us was a priority rewards - gold member. although we had a room upgrade, we could still hear the repair work from the upper floors.
on checking-out, again we had to wait some 15mins to be served.
good points - the concierge staff apologised for the long wait and helped us with all the info on where to go visit and good places to eat food.
the room was a good size with comfortable beds. also had an in-room safe and good size bathroom. bad points - i saw that there were hairs on the floor and on the towel rail from previous people in the room.
the hotel is very close to the wynn and mgm (5mins walk) and many of local landmarks. otherwise, it's cheap by taxi to go to other places like venetian, hark rock.
Travel tip:
it's best to bring hkd dollars with you. casino gambling will only accept hkd. taxi drivers and local stores will accept hkd and mop (macau patacas). any loose change in macau patacas (mop) you can use in local food places or for tips.

Used to be a good hotel but it's a bit dated
Friendly Staff, Great Location, Needs Renovation
6
I used to like this hotel a few years ago, but recently came back because of the location but I realized its rather old and in desperate need of renovations.
The hotel was beat up, rooms smelled like cigarettes, and pretty expensive for what they give you.
We didn't try the breakfast, but I was pretty disappointed with the whole thing. I may stay there again only because that location is fantastic for central access to Macau city.
