Good location, good service, and nice room
Shuttle bus service in the hotel area to take to main places in Macau.

Good and professional hotel staffs. Cleanliness environment.
A beautiful sea-like swimming pool. Many good restaurants in the area.
Nice room with good and modern decoration making a comfortable and relaxing stay in the hotel.
Restaurant Tip:
Good Chinese restaurants for dim sum, congee, and noodle in the Hotel Plaza.
TW is a good Asian restaurant next to the Casino open 24 hours.

Nice hotel but need some touch up

My kids just loved the big wave pool which is shared with the Galaxy and Banyan Tree. Room is clean and tidy, the room size and bathroom is a bit small compared with Four Seasons but it's okay overall. For children amenities Four Seasons is doing the best from my experience so far, so just not too impressive at Okura for children amenities as what they said they can provide. Foodcourt and a large variety of restaurants just downstairs the hotel within the Galaxy mall. Have a lot casino shuttle buses and it's very convenient to travel to piers and other areas in town. Will come again with family for value.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Okura Macau! We transferred from our stay at Galaxy Hotel and was allowed early check in. We were welcomed with spacious rooms with a japanese feel. The pillow even had origami on them. Coming from Galaxy Hotel, the wavepool at the second floor was not new to us, but we were refreshed by the additional pool at the 29th floor -- not as crowded, private, and heated.
The hotel was generally clean, and was definitely an upgrade from our room at Galaxy Hotel. Good value for our money. I would like to commend the Filipino at the Bell Service for his attentiveness and service. Upon our checkout he even assisted us to the concierge of Galaxy Hotel.

Free wifi, prime and very convenient location with all the facility caters for all types of travelers, offers very good valued promotion and services. Very nice and big wave pool for everyone to enjoy and relax. For those who would like to get some excitement why not try your luck in the Galaxy casino complex but remember to bet with your head but not over it! A range of free services shuttle to near by attractions departing every 10 to 15 mins. Loving it will come for more.
