Groups Hong Kong, September 03, 2012	Too short stay but nice facilities Beach 7.3 The check in time is too late(3pm) n the check out time is 11am sharp, not enough time for us to enjoy the facilities in hotel. Hotel should hve some other rules for customers to use the beach even after check out, or extend the time for the beach instead to close at 7pm. Generally inside the room everything is perfect, the view is v nice, bed is comfortable, temperature is ok, bathing facilities r great. Lighting can be adjusted according to yr will in different mode. Overall a nice stay, just not enough time to go to the beach, pity Hotel Feature Tip: Can only check in after 3pm
Yuen Y. Couples Hong Kong, September 02, 2012	galaxy is better service 8.7 Ferry tickets are for return only and we need to buy through travel agents. A non- smoking room but can smell smoke. Not available for us to choose king size bed or twins beds on web and at the end we only got twins bed. The choice of food for breakfast is limited and slow refill. To conclude, I'll choose Galaxy next time and won't choose this one anymore.

Families with older children Hong Kong, September 02, 2012	Execellent Hotel with good faciliate and service Good swimming pool 8.7 The Hotel is run by Japanese group and therefore some of the reception are from Japan and they are very polite. Room and faciliaties are excellent. You can go swiming indoor and outdoor. Outdoor swimming pool offers you to play with wave. There is a big bathroom area but room are quite small. Hotel Feature Tip: Not much to eat in the hotel area. Better finish you food before going back to hotel

Families with young children Hong Kong, September 01, 2012	Comfortable hotel, suitable for families Large room, King size bed, great customer service 9.3 hotel staff were all very nice and helpful during my stay. A playpen and a baby bath tub were provided by the hotel for my 9 months old baby. Fast check-in and check-out. The indoor swimming pool was a bit small but we wanted to look for a heated pool for my baby, we asked the staff at the "beach" and she directed us to go to the outdoor heated pool at the Galaxy! Yes heated outdoor pool! water was warm and suitable for young babies, not a lot of people so it's just perfect! Breakfast was included in my package and we loved it. Got a variety of food, and the dim sum were particularly good. No complaints at all. (we are picky eaters!) Cons: Quite a number of shuttle bus route, but the lines were long for the popular spots. We waited for 5-7 minutes and chose to take a cab instead. Pretty sure we would need to wait for at least 2 shuttles to be able to get on one. The mall was not as big as the Venetian, nothing much to shop. Plus if you're with a baby, you cannot go pass the casino so everytime you want to get to the shuttle bus, you'll need to walk around the whole mall. (can take a shuttle from Okura to the shuttle bus station, but we didn't bother to wait for one). The fountain at the entrance was pretty scary for a young baby, esp. when it has a light/ music show...the music was loud and we cannot go pass the thingy until it finished... Will recommend it to my friends, esp. those with babies and young children.

Families with young children Hong Kong, September 01, 2012	Good hotel, but just lack of a little bit consider Nice Service, good facilities 8.3 The location and arrangement of the hotel makes it very convenient for dinning out or traveling around Macau, with different shuttles. It will be great if there are some more recommendation for the sight-seeing spots according to each shuttle line. Another problem we faced were the ferry tickets. We cannot get the tickets for the kids at the hotel or hotel area. We need to arrange it again at the ferry. In addition, we were told to exchange our coupons at the ferry terminal. Without much knowledge that we went to the Hong Kong - Macua terminal and it is the wrong terminal that we can use the coupons. It makes us some confusion.
Ma C. Families with young children Macau, August 31, 2012	Good hotel service, big rooms Their swimming pool 10 The staff were excellent nice, all of them were hanging a smile on their face. The room is big and beds were comfortable. The toilets were also huge. To conclude, the hotel is excellent, best hotel I ever stayed. Their private beach was one of their selling points, a MUST go location for all families.

Lok K. Families with older children Hong Kong, August 30, 2012	Nice Hotel....recommended Good for swimming. 8.7 The hotel is quite new and the room size is big with balcony. Beds are big and comfortable. Big toilet. Big TV. Have both indoor swimming and outdoor swimming area with waving. Only drawback is the late check in of 3pm and needs to early check out at 11am. Therefore, I stayed two nights there for sufficient time to enjoy. Okura Hotel is just next to the Galaxy Hotel. Seems Okrua Hotel is more quiet than the Galaxy Hotel. It is very convenient to eat at the Galaxy Foodcourt or take the free shuttle buses to other areas.
Garrick Y. Couples Macau, August 29, 2012	Nice smile the moment you step inside Spacious room and warm details 8.7 Spacious room and warm details. Wave beach was a little bit disappointing due to size and amount of people. Room service was quick and well. Okura clubroom and pool was very nice :)
