nice hotel, clean and spacious

Being upgraded to Junior Suites as we were check-in at 10:30pm, no more standard rooms available. With living room, small pantry, big toilet, jacazzui in the room. This give us a great experience. I've stayed in Okura twice, actually even their standard room is quite nice, I'd like their toilet style and design. Will definitely stay there again.

Not more shops in the hotel area

Private beach of this hotel is amazing. However, choices for in room dining as well as hotel dining are both limited. Hopefully this will get improve gradually.

The Okura is a great addition to Cotai and has added great value to the area. The Staff are extremely well trained and provide a quality service. The variety of different restaurants provides a quality and good value for money cuisine. The rooms are of good quality and very comfortable. All together a good value for money hotel that will feature high on my Hotels in Macau list.

its really nice to have spacious saunna and steam rm in your own hotel room. but be careful, its really slippery when the marble floor is wet. my child slipped and fell down in the bath room. besides watch the steam jet under the bench inside the steam room. the steam stream hurt my son's leg.

the hotel location is good, near the famous shopping street koon ya street. free suttle bus services to major popular sites. check in speed fast. room is big and good. they even provided hot spa salt (with two choices) in toilet!! really conisderate design. the restaurants in the hotel also very nice.
