We had a great stay at Okura with our 8months old baby. They respond promptly to my crib request. Staffs are very friendly, they came to us and help with carrying the buggy when we check-out.

Nice big rooms wtih comfy big bed, good location for quality local food and a nice stroll around the area. very nice bath room amenities. Room service was slightly disappointing though. Very good hotel staff-
partied at the China Rouge at Galaxy- would recommend that too!

It's so nice experience to stay this hotel after my 3-day business trip in China . They provide very good service in shuttle bus to every famous hotels and airport . All activities you can enjoy in their big village . If you want to relax and spend short days in Macau , this is your best choice .

The room is very spacious and clean. Typical 5 star hotel. Not the best but not the worst neither. Price wise is reasonable during promotion. Location is not at the center of Macau but taxis are very convenient.

I love everything about this hotel. Hotel stuff are very nice. The bellboy even knock the door before opening for us to get in. Balcony is quite big! There is a tv inside the bahtroom. Also they provide 24 hrs food service. I will come back here again for sure!

A grand hotel but lacks a relax atmosphere

There is an artificial smell throughout the hotel – from the lobby entrance to all common areas. For those with allergy can be very uncomfortable! The same smell extends to the pool side area near the ventilation exit (we believe)! The room is clean but felt stuffy.
To use the shuttle bus once must walk through the casino (including the smoking section), otherwise you will have to take an unusual route through the 2nd floor outdoor area and use the lift to the ground floor to the shuttle stop – (which the hotel staff does not tell you they will advice you the shortest route which is through the casino!).
We are not gamblers therefore we really dislike this imposition. We recommend that do not stay in the Galaxy hotel group if you do not want to venture into the casino. The setup is definitely not a SPA atmosphere!
