Hotel Lisboa's staff are friendly. They gave us free upgrading and free softdrinks.
Convenient location to tourist places and the most wonderful thing is there are lots of tricycle outside the hotel.. we enjoyed our wonderful rides around the hotel Atmosphere is alright and the bed room also well equipped and nice designed. But the lobby air is a bit Chocky whereas they burned the aroma which smell like the chinese praying stick Personally i would recommend friends to stay in Hotel Lisboa, the location is good and convenient. We can access to the nearest shopping area and the St Paul old church "da san ba". We also can take the tricycle ride. The "tricycle uncle" is very friendly and believe the tricycle will be getting lesser in the future.
The first impression when we walked in the room is "waaa" -- for the european design , although not very luxury but the room space is worth what we paid. THe price that we booked via Agoda is the best compare to others and also cheapest than booking directly from the Hotel.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : must go to the Macao Tower and remember to wear long pants and sport shoes.. The Skywalk is fun

Well maintained and cosy. Near to casino and amenities Nice cosy hotel with nice interior. The bath is a nice experience with steam and nice music. It is indeed a cosy night in with courteous staff

We were upgraded on arrival including free mini bar. Great Location - very central. Free shuttle bus to Ferry terminal. Staff were fantastic. Very clean. We stayed at the Hotel Lisboa for 4 nights and loved every minute of it! The staff were fantastic and accommodated our every request. We were given a free upgrade on arrival and had a great view over the neon lights and waterfront. We loved the fact the hotel was connected to the Grand Lisboa it was so easy to just pop over to the casino and then go back to your room later without too much travel! It is a chinese style casino but that is what we were after and we loved it. Our room was cleaned daily and room service was prompt. The hotel is in a very central location and we took advantage of the free shuttle bus to and from the ferry. Overall we had a great time. It was exactly what we had hoped for.
Friends with children stayed at the hotel with us and made use of the babysitting service, which was good. They were able to meet the girl who babysat before hand to make sure they were happy. Families should note that asides from the pool there is not any child friendly activities as it simply a casino. There is also limited shopping within the hotel complex.
Shopping Tip : It was a really short walk to Senado Square which is full of great shopping! My partner bought a new watch duty free and it was a bargain! We were very happy with the location of the Lisboa.
