very nice place, location and great views. it is located near several other hotels like wynn, mgm, grand lisboa it is not a us based hotel and casino so the games are mostly asian. we could not find poker or blackjack. so we played and ate at wynn. the accomedations were very good and 5 star.

i was impressed with the over-all room decor and furniture pieces. enjoyed the shower with built in steam bath and hydrotherapy to soothe aching muscles. the room was spacious and the hotel is just 10 minutes away from the ferry.the mini bar contents are free -- sodas, healthy juices, perrier and a can of san miguel beer. the hotel provided even the smallest details and the towels and bathrobes were immaculately clean and new.
the ballpen and stationery were embossed with gold and nit cheap. the staff are very courteous and helpful with or without tip. room service excellent and quick.

Older hotel with lots of character

The standard rooms do not have non-smoking options, however, this was not really noticeable in our room. The lobby and walkways are nicely decorated, but since it is a round structure there are not many windows. Skip the casino unless you want to inhale copious amounts of second hand smoke. Most of Macau's casinos are full of smoke, which surprised me a little. We went to the dancing water show at the City of Dreams, which was a very entertaining spectacle.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Just a short walk from Largo do Senado (Senado Square), which is one of my favorite places in Macau. A must see for those bored with all the lights and sounds of casinos.

Rooms is dirty. stay there for 2 night, no housekeeping at all.
hotel is like a maze took me 30min to find the reception to check in. carrying alot of luggage Standing next to concerige guy, he did not even offer to help us.
when taking the hotel shuttle bus to ferry terminal, my whole family were make to wait outside the hotel at 8*C temperature. standing for over 10min. There is no waiting lounge at the hotel.
Not worth for the price and the services provided. No serivces at all!!!

if you want to see more of the city (and not just the casino floors) stay at the macau side (vs cotai). lisboa is right in the heart of it. local restaurants (outside of the hotel) is just a short walk away.
not your grand hotel, low ceiling hallways, a bit old but not tired. they made it up with great service. got a room upgrade with no hassle. quick check in/check out. concierge was very helpful.

hotel is very well located near macau downtown and has excellent services. although there is a very good free shuttle to macau exterior port, sadly there is no service to macau airport.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Cotai Strip is fascinating.
