The hotel is located in a convenient area in macau city. Hotel is very colorful and flashy which makes it fun and the rooms were big and nice with fancy bathrooms. The amenities were great. Free beverages inside the fridge. Free shuttle to and from the Macau ferry. The staff were okay. They were accommodating to questions and requests.

We stay in non-smoking floor, the room is bigger than expected. This is a typical casino-type hotel. A centralized bus station is just right in front of the hotel, and close to many point of attraction like Ruins of St. Paul's

Try to check in early or call in to confirm room availability if you have special request like non-smoking room. It seem like the queue in the receipt counter is also long

Hotel is located near Senado square. 15 mins walk will take u to ruins of st Paul. Lots of eatery places along the streets.

easy access and convienant. the place was a great and fun place to stay with all the amenties available in house. i enjoyed the convienance of haveing the casino centrally located to the other casinos and found the staff to be easy and quite accomodating. i was particlar impressed with the many restaurants and shops they had.

the room in lisboa is big and comfortable. all items in mini bar are complimentory from the hotel as well, which is rare for most hotels which will want you to pay.
the hotel provide free transfer from the macau ferry terminal to the hotel with good frequency. they also provide transfer from hotel to the border gate for you to shop in zhuhai, china. good location.
will recommend to stay here for travellers.

The rooms are spacious and near to attractions like casinos and restaurants.
Staff were friendly and helpful as we asked them about the various attractions that were in Macau.
They also gave us tips on how to go to "Zhuhai", a place nearby.

This is the place to stay if you want to treat yourself. We had a Royal Palace suite and it was brilliant. Lots of space, well furnished, excellent facilities in the lounge and bedroom and two bathrooms, all so excellent from the free minibar to the lovely spa bath. The bed was so comfortable.. we slept like never slept before. Room service was excellent. Just have to go back.
Location is perfect and the museum quality jade and other artworks all around the building and the walkways and shops underground are a must see.

The location is great. There are many good eatery and restaurant around the hotel. The spa facility in the room toilet is the highlight for my kids. They love it very much and spend almost an hour each in the evening to enjoy the facility. Bad thing is there is no Wi-Fi in the room, not acceptable for a 5star hotel.

Nice hotel with free mini bar with mineral water, tomato juice, ribena, soft drinks and one beer. Though the room is not brand new, however the room is well maintained. Love the cushion slippers, better than any hotel's that I have stayed before. Generous minibar refill everyday. Great location with nearby bus stop.
