very impressed, great service and nice hotel

Very good price for the service you get. I was very impressed with basically everything. I guess the one negative was long lines at the front desk. I needed an adaptor and the tv fixed in my room and somebody was at my door within a couple of minutes. All of the staff were never nice and helpful and spoke great English. Perfect location if you want to go to the casino's. Solid 4 star hotel at a great price for Macau, I'll be staying here again for sure!
Hotel Feature Tip:
Go to L level and you can walk to the Grand Lisboa without leaving the hotel.

The room is not ready by the time we were there and it was late in the evening. We request for a non smoking but all the 3 rooms was in the smoking floor.

location - right on the strip in Macau, very reasonable rates

dated rooms, great bathrooms tho.
was entitled to a room in the west wing, but wasn't ready.
free internet lan - but no wifi. free in-room mini-bar (very limited)
wouldn't stay again - rather spend a few quid more and stay at one of the newer properties.
the grand lisboa next door is pretty great.

My wife & I were pretty comfortable with Lisboa which we recently stayed. Given we were on a very early 6am flight from Singapore and we were very tired. we arrived at the hotel 1030am and we were allowed to do an early Check-in to take some rest in the room..this was very nice. ..Some Hotel only allow 1pm check-in..
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Lisboa is very near all the attractions and few major Casino around ...including Lisboa,Grand Lisboa,WYM...etc. Foods are easility available everywhere and Hotel offer free shuttle to convenience you during the stay.

excellent location
The hotel is convinently located in the heart of the attraction, where the places of interest are just within walking distance away, the room has its own free lan cable (internet access) which is great for internet lover, and a FOC mini bar

the stay is great, however the point of getting there is not very pleasant, especially u do have a number of luggage, when u try to get there with their mini bus (highly recommended to take a cab if u have quite a number of buggage which i did so when the asher refuse to offer me any space for the luggage and their attitude sucks...)

this hotel is very suitable for free & easy traveler who visit Macau as this hotel is the land mark of Macau & situated at the town area. It is very convenience & there are a lot of place nearby with walking distance. Besides, the hotel staff are friendly & helpful. The room is big & clean. I will stay at this hotel on my next visit & recommend to all of you who want to visit Macau. Very worth it. We really enjoy it.
