Great hotel but not much facilities

the room is spacious and the in room facilities is good with complimentary beverages in the mini bar. just the ambience was bit old style and the hotel only has a super small indoor pool. can visit to the tourist point in walking distance. free shuttle service is fast and great.
Travel tip:
Do use the shuttle service to transfer to airport, jetty or Venetian area.

Great Location and wonderful service.the hotel is wonderful and the service is good. people are very helpful and they like to share about their country. the overall staying is good. a lot of things and place where you can visit. it is just a short distance near to the hotel.

Nice room but reception was bad...

The moment when reach the hotel lobby, not really impressing of the lobby... During check in, it take us more than 30min just for the queue to do our check in. That not all, after queueing for 30min,(about 2:30pm) the girl at the reception told us the room is full and have to wait for 3hours for the room to be ready... So was quite frustrated, so we demand for earlier check in as we have already done our booking way advance... So she ask to upgrade the room to the suite and pay for the balance for the suite, so we argue back and told her is your hotel fault and not ours why must we pay for the outstanding. She reply, than u have to wait till 5pm... We demand for 1hour time for them to prepare, so end up we get to check in around 3.30pm... Overall the room was big and clean, so have to improve on the reception, and this will attract more customer...

line up for 15 mins for check in although its easter hoilday, but only 2 receptionists was serving. they couldnt give us room before 3pm , its ridilous. but they free upgrade the room to us.
room is clean and more pretty than i expected. provided massage bath . and all drinks are free in room.
location is also good which near wynn and new lisboa.
