Everything was excellent. It is just 10 minutes walk to Senado square, the restaurants are around, the check-in process was quick. Staffs full of service mind. I requested 3 rooms in non-smoking floored but got just a room. The facilities in the hotel is very good as same as the convenience in the room. The hotel's decoration is nice and gorgeous. Anyway, it is too big to lost in the hotel easily.
Nightlife Tip:
Try the casino at Lisboa, the minimum bet is less than the famous one and my brother got dollars here.

The hotel is located in a good location. There are a few access to hotel and directions to the correct lift lobby to rooms can be confusing but after two days you will get used to it. The connection bridge to the new Lisboa hotel can get a bit quiet at night and hence fear of walking alone. Putting a guard at night will remove all the fear.
It would be excellent forthis hotel to provide free airport pick up just like a few other hotels.
The shuttle bus to the ferry terminal is very effecient. Most of the shuttle bus drivers are very helpful and friendly except for one who is very grumpy and moody.
Overall it was a good stay and would like to return in the future
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
A lot of good food and restaurants in the side streets which one should explore

Room is very clean but is a little small. Service is great and they will respond to room call in a minute. You have free drinks from the room refrigerator, coke, beer, water, etc. My stay is worth the money. It has connections to Grand Lisboa Hotel and is located in cetral downtown.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Checked us in pretty quickly. The room design was very oriental themed just like the other areas of the hotel. Even the bedsheets had oriental designs! Room size was okay. Cleanliness was fine. As mentioned above, the stuff in the mini bar were free to consume. Overall price of the hotel was also decent. Would definitely recommend this hotel should you want something good but at the same time not so costly.
