Overrated, no way it deserves 2 stars
The only interesting thing about this hotel is the location, not far from the center.

This hotel is so OVERRATED!!! No way it deserves 2 stars, not even 1…
The bed is really not comfortable at all, very hard! Like a wooden plaque...
The rooms are very tiny. The shower curtain was falling apart with big holes.
They announce free WIFI in the rooms and even give a code when you arrive, but it doesn't work at all and I read some reviews in the net and customers said that WIFI never worked in the rooms. Instead you'll get another WIFI code only useful in the lobby.
I paid is not worth the hotel condition. For this price you can get a real 3-4 star hotel with breakfast included.

I like the place, very accessible, walking distance to city, casino's and other tourist spots,transportation is good, easy to find, though,majority of the staffs doesn't know how to speak English, I still appreciate Michael ( one of the staff )who can communicate in English.I still recommend this hotel to my friends.

Upon arriving didnt have enough Patacas for the taxi and asked the lady to lend me 20 MOP (Aprox 2 EUR), she refused ; was shouting didnt want to change money either.. very bad service...
HOtel per se is ok, a bit old but rooms are clean and the location is excellent just a couple minutes walk from Senado square.

Hotel location is great and just few minutes walk from major tourists spots. Bus terminal is also 2 minjtes walk. Value for money hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Receptionist at night does not understand English language. But the morning shift in charge is english speaking.

This hotel is in great location, there are number of shops around this area. Certainly is no problem to look for your meals especially supper! However, the room is quite old and the beds are hard. If they can upgrade their facilities it will be more fun for our trip!
