Mezzaluna Restaurant
Located on the 2nd floor, Mezzaluna is the trendiest Italian restaurant with open kitchen in stylish surrounding. Italian Chef Igor Bocchia and his team welcome every guest with the best Italian cuisine that Macau has to offer.Mezzaluna is inspired by a renovated Tuscan villa featuring a wine room with a global collection of vintage wine; an open kitchen with wood-burning oven and a main dining area that showcases beautiful views of the landscaped Mandarin Oriental resort. NAAM Thai Restaurant
Located in The Resort, overlooking the swimming pool and luxuriant tropical gardens, this intimate 60-seat restaurant is bright, casual and contemporary. It features floor-to-ceiling glass panel walls and a central pond with running water that recalls the name of the restaurant – NAAM, the Thai word for water. Master Thai Chef Jinopong and his talented team present an array of enticing Thai dishes originating from all regions of Thailand with the freshest produce and finest herbs and spices.

Bar Nova Guia
Located on the lobby floor, Bar Nova Guia is widely regarded as Macau’s liveliest nightspot with a cigar lounge, a big screen video, great food, creative cocktails and live band performance from 10.30pm till late. On the other side is our Cuban cigar shop with a selection of over 50 cigars, including renowned brands like Montecristo, Cohiba, Hoyo de Monterrey, Bolivar, Partagas and Punch. Under the auspices of French Pastry Chef Herve Lemonon, demand is great, and advance orders are recommended for that special gift. Specialities include Almond Tuilles, the Mandarin Cheese Cake, Strawberry Napoleon, Chocolate Truffle Cake, and Home-Made Chocolates and Cookies. In addition, every month the pastry chefs team creates a special cake.

The Mandarin epitomizes 'old world' true luxury in a place where fake is king. I am referring to Venetian, Wynn et al which all feel out of place for me. They belong where they came from ...
