Close to EVERYTHING and the free buffet breakfast! So called free internet access (15 mins??) A very comfortable hotel away from the hustle & bustle of the casinos but with easy walking distance to them. This hotel has comfortable large rooms and friendly English speaking staff. Located around the corner (towards Grand Lisboa Casino) are 2 large supermarkets and with a SevenEleven store just opposite the hotel. Catch the free casino buses from the ferry terminal to other areas of the island to explore the culture & history of Macau. Visit the historic Senedo Square precinct with all the churches and historic buildings, taste the famous Macau egg tarts and marvel the Grand Lisboa Casino is a must!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Use the free Casino buses from the ferry terminal to get around Macua.

Location, reasonable price, suitability for family with young children and older folks. Congestion at buffet breakfast. I have stayed at this hotel for a couple of times in the past 3 months and it has not disappointed me with its reasonable pricing for a 4star accommodation. Yes, you have the big name resorts like MGM Grand, Wynn, Sands and the Venetian, but if you are in Macau for sightseeing, food and shopping, you will be away from your hotel most of the day and nights if you are keen for nightspots and the casinos. Book yourself into this hotel and spend whatever you saved on accommodations instead on sightseeing, food, shopping or maybe a chance at the casinos!
Restaurant Tip : Go try the ginger milk pudding located at Senando Square. You just need to look around and follow the signage to the place (There's a cow placard hanging out the shop). This is really good and it warms you up from the first mouth. Enjoy!

Clean rooms, central location & decent amenities at a reasonable price. Food items at the buffet breakfast ran out quickly. Metropark is one of the few family-orented hotels in Macau itself. There is no casino nor any adult entertainment establishment in the hotel. Thus, making it a better environment for older folks, ladies and children. Its location is also convenient and within walking distant of major casinos and place of interests. The local police department has its hq nearby, literally making it a safe area to stay in. F&B shops are available nearby and their prices varies according to one's budget.
Shopping Tip : If you can, make your way to GongBei border gate and cross into China. Once through the gates, turn right and go down to the basement shopping area. There are thousands of shops to suit every whim & fancy. Once you have spent all the renminbi, make your way back onto the ground floor and cross the border back into Macau. Have fun!

No casinos, no nightclubs. This is a good hotel to stay with the family. Its close to F&B places, walking distances to attractions yet away from the neon-lit casinos and nightclubs. For further away places, public transport is readily available, connecting bus services to various parts of China is available at the lobby.

Best service, and professional care. Service with a heart, take care of everything. The location is near and convenience to travel. English language is no problem, everyone can understand and prompt to serve as soon as possible. Smoking can do in private area, non-smoker is locate separate on some floor.

Nice location within walking distance of major casinos except Venetian. Staff was pleasant and knew what they were doing. Internet was free for a 15 minute period of time. If you needed more than 15 minutes Internet very expensive. We were supposed to have a king size bed but had two singles - not happy! Hotel is ok and for the money is good. It is NOT a 4 star however. Rooms are small.
Travel tip : Casinos are just around the corner. Many mom and pop restaurants. Some western style eateries also.

We like the central location which is within easy reach to the other hotels/casinos and places of interest. Hotel staff were helpful but it was shorthanded during chech-out time especially portal service. min. 50 words

Hotel free upgraded my room to a better one. Hotel also provided free internet access. \nThey also provided free transport between jetty to hotel. The hotel also provided free breakfast for two person. Hotel only gave 15 minutes of free internet access. If you wish to continue, you are required to pay for it. This is a good place to stay for people who like a peace and quiet environment. The hotel do not have a casino inside it. Also, the surrounding area is quiet too. Also the location is good. To visit the well know casino like Grand Lisboa and MGM Grand you just need to walk for 15 minutes.
Restaurant Tip : If you do not want to spend too much money eating in hotel, you can find restaurant surrounding the hotel (2-3 minutes walking distance). In this restaurant, you can find some local food like Claypot Crab mee.

strategic location where near to most of the attractions, casinos. Good and variety of breakfast. Moderate service at reception desk. Hotel is quite near to the most of the attraction points, bus stop nearby. However, their shuttle bus frequency is only one per half an hour. Clean and comfort rooms. Good and variety breakfast buffet. Near to main casinos (sand, lisboa). We enjoyed our stay at the metropark hotel very much.

Very spacious room, good food, very near restaurants and quiet Hotel staff can't speak and understand English that much. Staying in Metropark hotel is a wise choice. Their rates are very affordable. They have great service and the hotel staff are very friendly. Their breakfast is delicious and has many choices. If I were to go back to Macau, I'll stay again to this hotel. The stay to this hotel is very relaxing and peaceful since it doesn't have any casino. It is very accessible to restaurants and mini-groceries. It provides value-added services. This hotel is well-recommended!

Large Rooms, Friendly Personels, Breakfast Overall, the hotel is great! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is very accessible to restaurants and other attractions. The room is clean, comfortable and big. The breakfast is good and it has a lot of selection. If I were to return to Macau, I will still stay to the same hotel. They even provide transfes for minimal cost.

Great location (bus stop is just down the road). Great service, from concierge to bellboy. Good hearty breakfast. Really creaky wardrobe doors. This hotel came highly recommended. The friendly and helpful staff certainly made our brief stay in Macau memorable. It is excellent that efforts have been made to teach the staff to communicate in English. The room was comfortable, clean and nicely appointed, though the wardrobe doors did creak, but that's a small matter. Much appreciated were the complimentary bottled water. Will certainly recommend this hotel to friends.\nAlso, perhaps the waitresses could go around filling up coffee/tea cups at breakfast.
Hotel Feature Tip : Get a map and travel guide as well as directions from the desk clerks.

what I like most about the hotel is their very high tech room need some improvement on their staff. not so good in english a very good hotel located at the heart of macau. very convenient place, nice food and hospitable staff. easy to get a taxi when you want to go anywhere and have 7/11 in front for other guest's needs.nice restaurant and clean rooms.easy internet access. have shuttle bus that will take you to turbo jet foil ferry.overall! very nice hotel!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : you can just walk ten-fifteen minutes from the hotel to fisherman's wharf.
