Metropark Hotel
The location is good although they dont have casino facility inside the hotel. Everywhere is near, can be reached by walking.

This is the first time i stayed in Metropark and we like it, although the room is too small and a bit oldish, but the location is good, we can go to everywhere by walk. The shop open 24 hours... amazing!!

Basically, people in Metropark hotel are helpful enough when we like to ask the direction, but it will be great if the shuttle bus can take the customers or travelers to the airport, so that travelers can save money, and i believe the distance is not too far.The TV program is lovely, we are able to watch the local programmed to know about the culture and local news. Some other hotel might only provide a few channels.

Great Breakfast!
The hotel is located in the heart of Macau, near bus station and ferry terminal.
They serve really good breakfast.

The hotel is in a good location, near bus station and ferry terminal.
In overall, the room is spacious and clean but it's pretty old and needs to be renovated.
4 stars seems to be over-rating somehow.
The staffs're not friendly. They're quiet and would answer only to your question, no further help would be offered. The great thing that really impressed us and made us feel that we really paid a very good price was thier Breakfast, yummy yummy!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you plan to go to Venetian, better set in on the last day. In the morning, you can check out from the hotel and take their free shuttle to the ferry terminal where you can connect to the Venetian free bus. Upon arrival, you may drop all your luggages at the lobby and enjoy shopping, sightseeing and gaming. After that, you can comfortably ride with their shuttle bus to the airport.

Good location
Good location, very close to some major casinos around, and not too far from many attractions. I like the free shuttle service every 15min to the ferry terminal to HK.

There is no Wireless or Internet services in hotel room. They only give you 2 vouchers that you can go online 15min each at the hotel lobby. Internet is not free, you have to pay HKD$40 per day (I heard even if you pay you have to use it in the hotel lobby). If internet connection is of importance to you, this is not your place.
Minus that, it provides decent services and good location. Best thing is, there's no casino or gaming centre in the hotel itself. So you get a peace of mind after a long betting day.

Fabulous holiday
Good Location, Value in money and yummy breakfast.

Excellent customer service and the location is also well mentioning, bus stop is just 5 min walk from the hotel, very convenient. besides, the room is very clean and new, all facilities are in good condition and easily accessible! i really enjoy staying in this hotel. The complimentary breakfast is very yummy and have a lot of variety.

The hotel is located away from the casinos so the surrounding is quite quiet. Tourist attractions such as St Paul’s Ruin and Senado Square is within walking distance from the hotel.
There is also a free shuttle services to the ferry terminal at 15mins interval.
Hotel room comes with attached bathtub so after a long day tour can have a hot bubble bath.
Service staff is helpful and able to speak English.
There is also free internet usage.

MetroPark Hotel - Macau
The room was neat. We had complimentary bottles of water for each night of stay. Service was fast. Breakfast was good and more than sufficient. Location was nice.

Great family budget hotel
Centrally located, clean and modern rooms, access to internet, breakfast provided.

The hotel is centrally located within walking distance or a short taxi ride to main attractions. The room was well maintained and clean. The free buffet breakfast was good and saved us the hassle of having to look around for a place to eat. The kids were able to access the internet and enjoy the swimming pool too. Hotel was easy to book via the internet.

This hotel has good value for money. The rate is relative expensive but acceptable for a hotel in the city center. It close to every tourist places in walking distances. Foods you can find just surrounding the block.
The restaurant has good food for breakfast and have a lot of friendly staff.
When we arrived there, the rooms were not ready, only at 3pm it were ready. so we just dropped out stuffs in the reception desk. It has also bus transfer to ferry terminal for free.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Casinos, historical building, museums.
