the hotel has heated swimming pool and no casino suitable for those who wants quiet place to stay

We got connecting rooms as we requested, check in process was fast and efficient. We got coupon MOP 50 for spending over MOP 200 in restaurant. the staff was very helpful and patient coz we got many luggage (we're 10 people traveling together). unfortunately the hotel didn't provide free wi-fi in the rooms!!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
if you have kids traveling with you go to Kids City at City of Dreams (level 2 at hardrock hotel) pay $90 for 2 hours playing in the area. the price is for 1 Kid and 1 adult free can enter the facility too. Kids have to wear long sleeve and long pants, both kids and adults have to wear socks to enter the facility, they also sell if you don't bring any of those.

Staff of this hotel was very friendly. Room is clean and comfortable. Free shuttle bus from ferry to hotel(every 30mins) and near to many famous casino. You only get to go online at the lobby and only on the PC provided and hotel didn't provide free wi-fi in the rooms!!

It was within walking distance to Grand Lisboa, Wynn, Starwold and etc. There were many retaurants beside the hotel. This hotel provides shuttle bus service from hotel to the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal which is convenient.

Very clean and good hotel to stay at this hotel. me and my friend are both very happy to the hotel staff. This hotel also provide us the free wifi internet services saving us time to look around in the cyber cafe.

Big rooms, good service and location
Rooms are super! It is 15mins away from Senado Square by foot.

Hotel staff is kind and friendly. Free shutter buses however the services ends at 9pm. City tour buses also available. However if you want to rent a van for sight-seeing, do not rent from the hotel. it is more expensive, . There is a travel agency just beside the hotel should be around or less.

A Hotel with True Serenity Amidst all the Bustling
Large Comfortable Rooms and Quiet Environment

Pros
-The room was very nice, big and clean. We've gotten a free upgrade to a Lady's Business Deluxe Suite.
-Environment was very peaceful.
Cons
-You only get to go online at the lobby and only on the PC provided (around 5 total)and there's a time limit of 30min per user/room (not sure which).
-For us the rooms were not bright enough but its an acceptable level.
Hotel Feature Tip:
-You could store your luggage at the lobby after you've checked out and its free of charge.
-The hotel bus could transfer you to the Macau Ferry Terminal and its also free of charge. The frequency is around 30min per bus.
