it was a pleasant stay in the metropark hotel, with large and comfortable bed, complete facilities, clean and great ambience! staffs were very helpful and friendly, service was prompt. shuttle bus to and fro the jetty is a plus! best part is - far from casinos which promises you a peaceful and relaxing stay. all in all, great value for money!
Restaurant Tip:
Try out Wing Kee Beef Offals nearby the hotel! Very delicious.

internet access of 30min only in public area. hotel room is very clean and with power plugs. bathtub available and spacious. great room for few night stays.
Restaurant Tip:
egg tarts are are must-try. cafe de nata. margaret cafe is a cafe selling egg tarts and breads and drinks. the egg tarts are fantastic. authenthic portugese kind. bought the remaining of the egg tarts back but still not enough. close on wednesdays and sundays. remember to go there early as egg tarts are selling like hot cakes! eat with a cup of hot drink in the cold weather. excellent. nearby grand lisboa hotel in an alley. ask around and you can find it.

It's a decent 3.5 hotel to me. Convenience location, walking distance to bigger hotels nearby. Short distance by Taxi to most attractions, well-known by taxi drivers therefore no need to direct them.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Travel by taxi to attraction for cheap cost & save time.

quiet, comfortable, convenience, friendly staff

quiet and peace as there is no casino in this hotel. staffs are friendly, and service was good. reached the hotel very early, and we leave our luggage in storage room before the check-in time.
