Good location and clean & English speaking staff.
Good location, clean hotel. Staff speaks English and friendly. I was asking for locationfor the Famous Lord Stowey Portugese Tarts and one their Staff recommended me one nearer to the hotel .
Overall the location is good and the rooms are clean and if I were to go Macau again I will stay at this hotel again. But one complain which the front desk staff did not inform us when we check in that if we dine at the Chinese Restaurant , hotel guest must present their room keys card and is entitled for 10% discount. Lucky my total spending was not hugh amount. Thanks.

Booked for a friend and he liked due to location.
Being at a very good location for parties and shopping during the day. You really pay for the location and not the hotel and it's facilities.
My friend enjoyed and managed to arrive safely to the hotel drunk. The hotel is located near some bars and other hotels. Convenient for those who don't sleep much and party until late night haha!

Pleasant except hiccup on transport fr ferry term.
free upgrade to bigger room good location to St Paul's, casinos, restaurants newly renovated rooms
Overall nice. We were upgraded to a bigger room. The staff gave wrong info on the color of shuttle bus, didn't inform there're 4 hotel names in small fonts on the bus, we waited for 35 mins at the ferry terminal wo seeing the bus. We took a taxi then.

comfortable
location, rate, cleanliness
The location of this hotel is perfect since the first item in our itinerary was a visit to Senado Square which is just 5 minutes away by walking. It's also close to Sintra Hotel which is a pick-up/drop-off point by shuttle buses to/from City of Dreams. It's a newly refurbished hotel so it's quite clean and the linens are still very white (thankfully) and the beds are firm and comfortable (no sagging mattress). The room was beautiful although small (so there is not a lot of space for big luggage, which thankfully we did not have as we were in Macau only for the weekend so we only had small carry-on bags). While the room was small, one good thing is that the bathroom was not. It was of average size therefore it was quite spacious for you to move around, plus it's stocked with complimentary toiletries in beautiful containers and a hairdryer. One downside about the bathroom though is that there are no hooks or rods where you could hang your wet towels and the shower area has no place for you to put your toiletries. Honestly, I could not understand why this is the case. Check in and check out was fast but the receptionists are not too good in English so you have to make extra effort to use the simplest English words. And one important thing for future hotel guests to know is that even if you have fully paid for your hotel through a travel website (Agoda in our case), the front desk will require you to deposit HK $500 upon check-in, refundable upon check out. The amount is intended to cover the cost of items from the ref that you consume or any of the items in the room that gets damaged or missing while you were there. That's very important to remember so that you will bring extra cash with you. I am not sure if this is also practiced by the other hotels. Overall, we had a pleasant stay in the hotel.
