Fantastic location but small rooms

fantastic location; 5 mins walk to macau square, lisboa, right in the heart of macau. rooms are tiny but decent and clean, though the beds are a little too hard and no wifi. overall, good hotel for short stay, i would choose the same hotel for my next visit.

- Good location, Macau Historical spot are just in few minutes walk.Grand Lisboa is within 10mins walk.
-Staffs are friendly and helpful. No problem of finding food as many local and western foods around the Hotel.
-Room is abit small but is clean.
-This hotel share bus shuttle with 3 others hotel and have to/from jetty service (exclude Taipa Jetty).
-There are also bus shuttle to Macau Galaxy which is just outside the Hotel.
Cons:
- Room abit small and bed abit hard.
Travel tip:
pls get the Pronunciation of the Hotel Name right (especially in Chinese and Cantonese)as 京都(Metropole) are always misunderstand as 金都(the other hotel which is located at other area Taipa) which will lead to different Macau Ferry Terminal..

Good location access to many tourist area from hotel. There are free shuttle buses shuttle between different casinos in Macau area. Shuttle to airport is a plus also. No free wifi in room is a draw back for next trip to macau stay again in this hotel.

Great location but the bed is hard.
Good location and can take shutter bus to ferry or casino.

Quite a good location with cheaper price. 1-2 days stay is recommened but not longer days because the bed is not confortable and the TV channel always lost connection. Not recommend if you want good service hotel.
Restaurant Tip:
There is a roasted goose and duck just near to the hotel and it is one of the most popular restaurant. Very delicious and worth althought it is quite pricy.

Good location with proximity to the square and nearby casinos such as Grand Lisboa and Grand Emperor. Rooms are unkept and dirty generally (with stains on carpet/furniture). Free internet cable which is useful. However service is rather poor. Unable to give solutions to situations when asked. Maybe its due to high influx of china tourists during this period that cause them no patience to advise.

Very near to the "must see" & famous eateries

Basic service and simple room. The lights are quite dim. The hotel situated very near to those sight seeing points. They do provide shuttle bus service. Most of the staff are reserved and only response/act if you asked.

It's very convenience to stay in this Hotel, easy to go to other torist places, reception is helpful, however, with room rate that I paid, I wonder if Breakfast should be included. the hotel has separate non smoking floor, however, we still got smell. This is very important for the family with children.
