Convenient
Convenient. When ask for stuff, they get it done pretty quickly. Eg when we ask if our air con can just be switch to the lowest s tat wont be so cold, they immediately ask staff to send heater for us.

Generally pleasant except the unpleasant noise from the other stayers in the hotel who speaks loudly at the corridor and smoke there and we can hear and smell them.
Travel tip:
Near to famous egg tart, st paul’s ruin, senado square, wlynn hotel where the special musical fountain performance is.

very great location with free shuttle as well

room is OK, but the location is nice,
McD, egg tart, YI SUN Milk, curry fish ball, just short walking distance, recommend to other....
Restaurant Tip:
good taste curry fish ball just opposite, 2minutes walk, Magret Egg Tart just around 10minutes walk, very convinent

Lovely hotel

friendliness of staff is dependable on different individual. though some of them are really great with their service.
the doors are very thin, can hear noise loud and clear from the corridor.

Decent htel in the central of the historical Macau
Walking distance to all the cultural sights and food, free shuttle bus service

myself and a few friends stayed a night in macau. just around the corner you can find various shops selling their local food. besides that, senando square is merely 5 minutes walk from the hotel and subsequently towards the st paul's ruins. the hotel is surrounded with various shops and historical sights. upon arrival at the ferry terminal from hong kong, there is a shuttle bus waiting every hour (pink coloured mini bus), sharing with 3 other sister hotels. from the ferry terminal, you can hop on to the casino's bus. as a whole, metropole is centrally located especially for firs timer who wants to explore both the historical and new part of macau hassle free. besides that, the room is spacious.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
You can sample the street food and by the time you reach St Paul's ruins, you are already full.

Great location but small rooms. Good to having free shettle bus every after 30 to 40 mins.

standard 3 star hotel with an excellent location
a few steps to largo senado, plenty of places to eat (8 am to 11pm) and reasonable price

- We checked in at 9pm, no problem (with an early notice to Agoda)
- Our room didn't have any windows, no problem for us since we only stay for 1 night and spent a whole day sightseeing
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Very strategic location, walking distance to largo senado, ruins of st.paul and macau museum.

i have stayed in this hotel before and this is my second visit. the first visit was with my family and my second visit was with friends. overall quite good in comparison with nearby hotels. very near to famous location such as senado square, lisboa casino and shopping areas. highly recommended hotel.
Nightlife Tip:
Nearby Lisboa Casino and hotel. One of the best spot and very interesting areas.

great hotel fantastic location

The check in staff were very helpful and the check in was super fast.
Very clean room and i would definitely go back a second time.
Nightlife Tip:
most of the happening casinos are very nearby, unless your looking for some other form of entertainment.
No one disturbs you at the hotel and would recomend it also for families though adding a 3rd bed would be difficult in the small rooms.
A very safe place to stay in too
