Very convenient location to most of the tourist attraction. The room are surprisingly spacious and well maintained. The only problem is that still under innovation so the entrance is hard to locate and the reception gives the guests a bad impression. Breakfast is kind of poor quality.

Hotel is a bit expensive. Room is small, furnish with simple and standard designed. Wake up by the noise due to the on going renovation every morning. Feel real uncomfortable. Anyhow, location is great. Easy to access to tourist attraction, good restaurant and casinos. Receptionist is friendly and willing to help and explain in details every question asked. Definitely will consider to stay in this hotel for the next visit if manage to get more discount.

Some of the staffs are not friendly enough although some of them are helpful. But I must say that I was surprised to see well-decorated and spacious rooms despite their relatively cheap price. Location is also very strategic for tourist especially since it is just a few minutes walk to the Senado Square and Ruins of St Paul. However since it is located at the Macau city, a bus or taxi is definitely needed from the Macau jetty or airport.

A good value for money. We had a great experience staying in this hotel. The breakfast was okay. The hotel building was being renovated but it is not noisy for the customers. The room was newly renovated so we were really happy about the ambiance of the room. There is a lot of nearby shops and restaurant and it is very convenient for us to walk around and visit the tourist attraction.

Hotel was still under going renovations but i did not encounter any noise. Walking distance to tourist locations and there's a huge casino on the opposite street abt 10 mins away. There's a big shopping mall, New Yaohan across the street too. Shutter bus is not that frequent cos the bus picks up from 3 other sister hotel.
Travel tip:
Shutter bus drops off at main ferry terminal if you are going to Hong Kong

very near major tourist attractions

newly renovated room was fantastic! very clean room and although we were on the third floor facing the main road, it was quiet (except for the renovations going on).
housekeeping staff were friendly but the reception staff were not so.
didn't see any shuttle buses from the ferry terminal so we took the shuttle to Grand Lisboa and walked from there (5-10 minute walk)

Great location, nice rooms.
The rooms we were staying in were newly furnished and were pretty good.

The hotel exterior and some interior work were still in progress during our stay. There was a lot of elevator traffic because of this.
The housekeeping staff were quite friendly but the same cannot be said with the reception staff though.
The rooms were clean and its location is just a few minutes walk to senado square, ruins of st pauls, and a number of churches and old buildings.

This is my 2nd stay at the hotel, where the first one was back in 2010. The hotel is currently undergoing renovation, but the staff provided us with a new room. Everything looks brand new, but the bathtub's plug was not working.
