This hotel is a real case of you get what you pay for. I really didn't pay much for the hotel, and that is basically what i received. The hotel would have been great in its day, and the lobby reflects this. The rooms are tired, and poor quality. But i didn't spend much time in my room.
the hotel is cheap, it is located between the 2 major casino areas, but not within walking distance of the major areas. The taxis are really cheap.
staff didn't speak English really. Not 5 star service. Hotel rooms old and tired, in major need of a fix up.
- Travel tip : Convert your mops to HKD before coming back to Australia, the mop is hard to convert back to AUD in Australia.

The employees of the hotel are very nice, it is near to a market, and has a lot of stores in the building and a food court. The offered breakfast is excellent and has a very vast variety of tasty food. They have a tour desk that would make the impossible for the client and will make any arrangement you need.

The location is good, half way between the airport and Sentosa Island, though there is no minivan from the airport to the hotel. The hotel is good value for money. But I would not consider it as a five star hotel. The rooms are big and quiet, but the bathroom was not very clean (not really dirty as well) and there were big stains on the sofa and the floor. The staff is very friendly, though some staff could not speak English.

The free minibus does not go to the airport.
- Restaurant Tip : There are some nice pretty cheap eateries not far away from the hotel. If you wanted to go the the airport by bus you can take bus 26 and then 26A. But taxi's are a cheap option as well (around 40 MOP)

Very impressed with the exterior of the hotel building but disappointed with the interior as it has the smoky smell and the hotel needs extensive renovation.

Very impressed with the exterior of the hotel. Very luxury look. But once inside the hotel building it is a total disappointment as it consist of smoky smell and the interior/furniture really needs to be changed.
