Great location with friendly staff.
Very clean and near to the main tourist attraction.
8.7
I enjoyed my two night stay very much. It only take about 5 minutes to reach the main historical area of Macau. The hotel is surrounded by local residensing area so is very easy to find good and cheap dining place. The staffs are polite and helpful.
Shopping Tip:
A lot of local souvenir and cookies shop behind the hotel. You can do last minute shopping if you want.

Clean, but tiny rooms, minuscule bathroom.
6.3
While it wasn't a bad stay per say, unfortunately I was on the 1st floor, facing a children's paalyground, even at night it's noisy, music, people talking, and if you are a light sleeper like me, you will suffer.
Also, towards evening time, the bathroom starts to smell bad, like the pipes are backed up or something.
Overall, value for money I guess.

Great Location
Location is ok with proximity to many eatery location.
6.3
During my stay on 27/11/2011, the room locking system was out of order and this gave us insecure of our belongings in the room. Very inconvenient as every entry to the room must inform front desk officer.

Pleasant surprise
Great location, cozy and Bonnie!
9
we braced for the worst after reading some not good reviews here and in other sites but we were pleasantly surprised. our room was small, true, but it was cozy enough especially if you're only there to sleep anyway.
the bed was comfortable, clima control was sufficient, we had enough room for our luggage (4 pieces), it had an lcd tv though there was only 1 english channel. the bathroom was even smaller but there's enough elbow room to maneuver inside the shower. their power outlets have built-in adapters so you need not worry about your gadget's plug fitting in it.
they provided standard hotel amenities like bedroom slippers, toiletries, bottled water (replenished daily), towels and coffee/tea making facility.
the staff were friendly - from the front desk to housekeeping. most especially bonnie, the receptionist who checked us in the night we arrived. she told us where to eat, change money and was even concerned if we had enough local currency.
the location was great because it was near so many places to eat and it's probably a 10 minute walk to senado square so it's not that bad. plus, there's a bus stop across the street (in front of macau master's hotel) where you could take 10a to the ferry terminal. it's also where the venetian bus stops.
some cons though:
- during the entire stay, we did not have a key to our room. their locks were being repaired so every time we went back to the room, we had to have someone open our door for us.
- there was no window in our room. not really a problem for us but it might be an issue for claustrophobic people.
all in all, we'd stay here again if ever we decide to spend a night in macau.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Ask for rooms facing the street so you'll get a window.

Nice rooms but not no so good customer service
nice looking room, good interiors, comfortable bed, beautiful comfort room
7.7
The outside of the hotel looks very rustic and nice. The price of the hotel itself is affordable compared to other rooms in the area. The interiors of the room is very welcoming. The bed feels so nice to sleep in and the room is very clean. The wi-fi is fast and the setup of the room is very conducive to relaxing. The only negative comment I have with the hotel is they only seem to have one card key for the room and it's kept at the reception, makes you feel suspicious as to why they can't give you your own card key.
Hotel Feature Tip:
You should stay at this hotel since it's near to almost everything around Macau.
