Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Just 10 minutes walk to town centre (senado square) while you can feel the other side of macau. E.g: local culture of macau other than casino...

The room is really small. I think it's a new hotel coz they don't have a proper staff for the concierge area. The old man who welcomed us don't speak english, good thing there was a couple who passed by to assist us in communicating with the old man",)

recently renovated but rooms and service sub-par
3
this hotel is a small style 'boutique' hotel tucked away in a very local 'read' poor part of town
it has been recently renovated but the hotel: 1. neglects to mention that it's cheapest rooms do not have a window just an open space to an air shaft
this is misrepresenatation at its darkest. ALL hotels must be required to give a complete picture of any room they sell and i believe all guests would find this practice unacceptable.
agoda must include this proviso as part of its permission for hotels to sell rooms on this website
staff were not helpful and very vague

Even the AC is on, the room is way too humid. You can see the wall/ceiling was eaten by humidity too. The location is hard to find at first. However, it's quite closed to most tourist sites.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Hard to find this hotel because of complex alleys.
Once u know "where u are", it's closed to most historical sites.

Very thin walls and slow internet
Stay away from this hotel
3.3
The walls are so thin you can hear easily everything thats goes on in all the rooms in the hotel!! So if you dont fancy listen to people talking all night and alarms that goes off, then this hotel might not be the right for you. A good night sleep is impossible in this hotel.
My room didnt have a window at all and it stinks sigarets. When people smoke in other rooms and hall way the smoke finds its way to your room and stay there forever.
The bathroom was very small. The wireless internet was really slow. Only one english channel on tv.
And dont use the tea cups in the room. The cleaning lady wash them at the same time as she clean the toilet..! At least thats what she did in my room when I happend to be there.
The only positiv thing about the hotel is the great location though. 5-10 min walk to the historic sites of Macau.

budget hotel but rooms and cr are clean and comfy
cheap, free wifi, soft bed, clean cr, good location
7.7
The hotel was better than I imagined it to be, for its price. Cheap but the rooms were clean, beds were soft and comfy, shower had hot and cold water available, though it was a bit small, good for two. Also they have free bottled waters and hot tea per room; provide towels, toothbrushes, vanity pack like razors, soap, shampoo and conditioner. TV was available as well, many channels but mostly chinese, few english channels, but ok. Free wifi, signal was strong. Location of the hotel was also near bus stops, taxi stops and Senado Square (center of Macau).
Hotel Feature Tip:
The rate does not include breakfast but they offer buffet breakfast, eat-all-you-can, at around MOP 24-27. Not gourmet food but tastes great.
