The location is near to most of the attraction places. Hotel room is clean but small. The receptionist is rude and not friendly maybe that's is their culture.

Very budget...no coffee or tea in room or fridge

The coffe machine was out of order for the paid breakfasts with ORNAGE or dial as fruit juice.
I asked if we could have jar of coffee nut NONE appeared .I was very unhappy to see a good coffee machine not replaced or sthg else put in for coffee

Small hotel and good location

It's very easy to get to hotel,,, U can take the bus from Venetian then off at yuet tong pier and walk to hotel abt 3 mins walking. You just across the road from bus stop of Venetian and then u will see the red post and public park you just go straight there and you will see best western hotel first then the next 2 buildings is ole London. Hotel is quite small but over all is ok for back packer if you are not stay much in the hotel it's just for sleep. And in the morning you can have breakfast in the hotel it's only 30 mops.
