The receptions can speak English and the room is clean and price is acceptable.
You should print hotel name in Chinese because some taxi driver don't know English well.
Shopping Tip:
This hotel is located near Senado, walking from hotel use the time only 10 minutes.

The hotel room is very small but quite clean and the housekeeping is very friendly and location is very near to Ruins of St Paul’s and Senado Square with walking distance about 20 mins to 30
Front office girl may not able to help you to do cab booking to airport as they will ask you to walk to the main road to take cab to airport. They claim that the cab counter hotline is very busy. The cab rate is about MOP70 from this hotel to airport.

The hotel is located on the good location. It is very easy to go the many attractions such as Senado square, Ruin of St. Paul and A-ma Temple. But the room is very and very small with no window like a garret, dark and dim light especially in the toilet. The overall is lower than the standard expectation for two stars hotel. I don't think that I will stay in this hotel in my next trip.

In walking distance to the heart of macao located
The location we liked most, the maids were very good and nice

we had no difficulty to reach the hotel by taxi from the airport, the information at the airport said with bus it would be difficult because there is no direct bus-line.
the information card offered by the hotel to show taxi drivers is clear and helpful. we never got lost when going back to the hotel. although we don't walk much it was easy for the two of us to reach the heart of macao walking from the hotel.
the room is small but clean. the shower on the other side has a comfortable size.
a problem for us was the tv program. as we don't speak chinese we had to depend on bbc news.
we didn't go to the restaurant because there was no information in the room or reception area about the restaurant and the food it offers.
the hotel is a good choice when you don't spend too much time in the room.
