it is a new hotel, before you go, better to obtain full address from hotel. a bit difficult even for local cabs to locate the place. it's ideal location best suited for those who prefer to go free and easy, because just walking distance can get a lot of good local food, very strategic and convenience.

the hotel is a bit hard to locate. don't hesitate to ask help from the locals,they are very helpful (though the hotel's receptionist is not so friendly.)the rooms are very comfortable and we had a really nice stay. wifi is also free just don't forget to ask for the pw at the front desk.
Restaurant Tip:
Don't forget to try the Portuguese tart!!! they are the best!!!!

The hotel is new, comfy and located in Rua de Felicidae. Avoid room 401 as we had some bad experience whereby the room is full with cigarettes smoke smell. Probably due to the ventilation problem. The hotel staff is good enough to change the room for us.

Very good location but it is difficult to find the hotel at first. My friend and I took a cap from the airport. The taxi driver didn't know the hotel. He dropped us somewhere near Senado square and it took us a while to find the hotel because the sign in front of the hotel says the different name with the much smaller fonts saying "Hotel Tai Sam Un".
The condition of the room is clean and looks new. However, the room is small. We don't have much space to put our luggages. The bathroom is also very small.

Hotel is conveniently located within proximity of the historical area of Macau; Senado Square, the ruins of St. Paul's and the other historical landmarks. However, the hotel does not provide a shuttle to the casinos, unlike other hotels in Macau. Thus, this is a point that might be of significance to travellers, especially since it is quite challenging to hail a cab in Macau. Our cab driver also had some difficulty in looking for the hotel, thus you might want to obtain the hotel address in mandarin so it is easier to locate the hotel. Other than that, the room was clean and quite comfortable. We understand that this hotel is relatively new, which probably explains why the hotel is still quite clean and fresh. Hotel staff weren't particularly friendly or helpful, nonetheless, thumbs up for allowing us to check in early due to room availability.
