It's a very clean place and convenient to walk around to some travel spots. I'm glad to meet the friendly receptionist by giving us introduction bout good food and some travel tips. If you're looking forward a convenient transport to travel sports its a good choice.

The location is great and with-in walking distance with all tourist spot , food and leaisure. Suitable for family, couple trip. the staff at reception is freidnly and helpful.The room is smal but clean. We stay for 4 nights. Near by to bus station, ferry terminal and just bout 20 min away from international airport.

This is my second stay at Ole Tai Sam Un in the past six months. This time, there is a stuffy smell every time I entered the room. It seems to go away after the air conditioning is on for a while. The WiFi connection seems to be much better this time, but the wired connection is simply unusable. Otherwise, the front desk staff continues to be very friendly. And the big surprise is that the cleaning staff actually recognizes me and remembers which floor I stayed at last time!

A good choice for budget hotel

Pros: location is excellent, room is very clean & tidy.
Cons: WIFI connection is very BAD (for iphone5). Price is acceptable though not cheap. Glass wall-toilet is not completely sealed, so the whole room smells bad when the toilet is in use (window can be opened for better ventilation though). Room size is very small, travellers with huge luggages may find it inconvenient.

this hotel is very closed to the air port and because i arrived in to macau night time, during sitting in the taxi i can have the best view of macau at night. it is awesome to see the light of all hotels. it is really great. i have to go back to the airport in the morning. the hotel called the taxi and it arrived in few minutes. i was back to the airport on time.
Hotel Feature Tip:
the cue of the taxi at the airport was a bit long. so try to get out quick will be good. overall waiting time was not so bad though. however, i seemed like everybody know this so the local and the frequent travellers rush out of the seat and plane right after the airplane wheels touched the ground. they make phone call maybe to call the cabs to pick them up. ha ha ha

Cozy hotel in the center of Macau

Ole Tai Sam located in just a couple minute walking distance to Senado square and other attractions. This hotel is a good base for exploring the city around. It takes only 15 minutes from the airport by taxi. And located in small quiet alley. In term of comfortibility, the queen size bed room was quite small but bed is comfortable enough. Rooms are clean enough no smell of cigarette. All the decoration fits in the room makes it looks tidy. Attached bathroom in the double bed room does not have bath tub but twin bed room does. Anyway, would recommend this hotel for its clean room and perfect location at reasonable price!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
2-3 minutes walking distance to Senado quare. From Senado sq., takes around 5 minutes walking to St. Paul Ruin. Going to Ama temple, takes bus number 5,7,10,10A direction towards Sofitel Ponte 16. Heading to the ferry station, takes bus number 3,3A direction towards Grand Lisboa Hotel.

This hotel is good and situates in a best location. If you are very into casinos, then dont bother to stay in this hotel as it is away from all the grand casinos. The hotel is nearby all the tourists main spots with lots of good food around. You will never get hungry and only if time is permitted to try all the foods you can get around the hotel. The porridge opposite the hotel is good. The desserts at the corner opposite the hotel is very good. and the noodles next to the desserts shop is so good and the price is too cheap to be true.
Overall it is a very good hotel.
